Hello BP,

I have officially closed on my second multi fam property. This time a tri-plex! With the newest purchase this brings me to 5 units total (half of my goal for 2021)! I have been purchasing these properties using my VA loan but that options has run out.

Knowing that my VA loan was running low I began to save. I'm hoping to use the BRRRR method to purchase my next property. I would like to stick in the Pittsburgh, PA area but I'm not opposed to learning about and researching new markets. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly, I plan to be more active on the platform. I’m realizing that where I focus my energy is where my energy will yield results. So let’s connect. Let’s chat. Let’s meet. I’m current located in Tijuana, MX but I’m frequently in San Diego, CA and of course Pittsburgh, PA.
