Completely caught me off guard. 

But they are welcome to "stand guard" by any of their left items outside while they figure out how to move the rest.

He removed the guard on a grinder, attached a small rotary saw blade & disabled the shutoff.

I use REI Guard, but never had a claim through them.

real estate scams are very common and have be going on for years Straw buyers, crooked appraisers , ponzi schemes you name it it has been done Rule of thumb if something sounds too good it usually is Be on your guard investigate ,check references etc  Whenever there is large sums of money involved there is a scam to separate people from their money

They're on time the next 1-2 months, then late again, one time again, then late again and now because they've been late and fixed it a couple times you let your guard down ... except this is the time the car breaks down or they get laid off and you have to evict them. 

Once you have an established relationship, that still doesn't mean to let your guard down.

What the average monthly rent is ( I look on rentometer.com but not sure if that's accurate),  and from a crime standpoint, would I need guard dogs in the house to protect my investment?
