Did you try compiling lists the hard way? 

So my associate and I have been working for the past few weeks, and have compiled a list of about 50 distressed properties we are interested in, along with the names and addresses of the homeowners.

Researching with Jefferson Lilly stuff, MHU, and everything else that's been recommended on this forum.My question is on any tips on how to compile a list of mobile home park owners.

Two of which have multiple unlisted houses to sell.Last month I compiled a list of around 150 heavy real estate buyers in the area.

Are they compiling arrest data?

I compiled a detailed project outline on how everything would go from start to finish; I even listed the exit strategies - but I still don't have any bites.

To respond to your due diligence question, my realtor compiled a packet of information that I needed - stuff that I couldn't manage to find out/research on my own.
