So my associate and I have been working for the past few weeks, and have compiled a list of about 50 distressed properties we are interested in, along with the names and addresses of the homeowners. We plan on sending yellow letters to market, and we would like to call the homeowners as well, but we don't know how to obtain their phone numbers. How would we go about obtaining these? Also if anyone has made any mistakes at this point, would you mind sharing those with us and any general advice, as we are relatively new and unfamiliar with some of the problems we might incur. Thanks in advance for your time.
