FF has it's pros and cons, but you should think of it as just another tool for marketing your MTR.

I generally close them in around 15 days and often don't need an appraisal as many lenders will accept an online valuation tool.

Some teams are better designed to help you get started as they have great learning tools, pay for consistent leads for their agents, and will be supporting you through and through.

It's a pain to move off a website, especially if it has all your leads, CRM and marketing systems attached so they'll likely be a client for life.Offer eye-catching upsells to guests like concierge services, butler, car service, pet sitting, valet and parking. 

I will for sure keep mine since I now have many opportunities beyond just helping my sons and it is one more tool my own investment toolbox.
