New to BP but not to REI

Hey everyone. I'm really psyched to have joined BP Pro. I got out of real estate a few years ago. I thought it was too difficult. But I was the problem. I did too many different methods. Now I'm older, wiser, and ready to do this right. 

I have a few questions to find out about first. Self-directed IRA questions. Then choosing a market. Then methodically finding, analyzing, and buying.

The network and tools here are incredible. Where were you 25 years ago?
