Hey all, I've started my property investing journey a few years ago in the small city of Kingston, Ontario, Canada with my first property, a duplex. Learned some hard lessons about mortgage details, contractors, importance of moving with speed, and dealing with property management companies. After all the headaches and bills, I'm renting out the two units, and want to make use of all the learning and do another project.

Looking to learn and contribute to this awesome community. I'm also a programmer and techie so I'm always building some software or service to make real estate investors, landlords, tenants have a better experience and a more profitable one.
