I've dealt with BS reviews of my work place on YELP and its not fun....they are often very one side lies and there is near ZERO I can do about it....but YELP is just the platform, not the one making the reviewYou are essentially making a formal private blacklist.... and if it becomes public in some way, you will be the one left holding the bag.Cities are making lists of people based on legal documents...evictions, fines, arrests, judgments...all documented legal cases.... not personal reviews...huge difference.

The one with the job (which was verified by me) had enough income to cover income/rent ratio, and the other one had good previous employment history (verified by me as well) but no current earnings.Between then and now the second tenant told me she found a job, so as of now they are both employed (to the best of my knowledge)About a couple of months later, the 1st tenant told me that her work place give their new employees an opportunity to rotate between sites for 3 months at a time, and that she would like to try that, and asks if it will be possible to have someone else stay instead of her for these 3 months during the summer.

One reason for this I believe, is the fact that many doctors/physicians live rather far (over 30 min drive) from their workplace, so targeting them by location isn't reaching the audience I intend to reach.
