How to garnish wage if don't know where debtor lives?

Hi guys, I received a judgement from the court against my old tenant whom is evicted and went to live elsewhere. I know where the husband and wife works, however on the forms to garnish wages it asks for the current location of debtor, which I don't know. How should I proceed with this? Can I put their workplace down as address and then serve both the debtor and garnishee notice at work?

Thank you.
