New Investor Introduction
Hello BP Family,
My name is Landon and I'm a 23 yr old newbie investor out of Dallas-FortWorth Area. I just got out of college and played football during my time. I've started my real estate journey not too long ago basically learning the ways of a Wholesaler with a goal of buying and holding multifamily and SFR properties down the road. My forum today is to get a better understanding of my steps from here. I feel like Ive graduated from Youtube University and I'm ready to take the leap. I just am unsure if it's best I find a mentor and learn the ropes or just go for it. I'm willing to take that 50% of my money to learn and make deals with someone else. I'm always up studying the community and learning diffenent things. I'm a worker so I'm always chipping away at what i want to know. But right now I'm looking for a sense of direction. Any advice ?
Thanks !
