That's a lot to ask of a complete stranger!

I don't like rent by the room to strangers if you are going to be traveling a lot for away games.

It is not at all reliable.FOURTH:NEVER come to me with "I know a guy, that knows a guy that has a pet fish that has the same color of a girl's hair a complete stranger knows whose neighbor does 800 calls a day and gets a deal every week.Here is why.

After examining the analysis I had done on his offer and then taking a look at my counters from the view point of a buyer he realized that what he was asking for it was a waste of time and if he were to put it on the market and try to sell it to a stranger nobody would want it with his numbers through seller finance. 

They will not proceed to fill in your forms.Then,  would you ever invite some random stranger to your house?

Especially if you’re making decision with huge financial decisions based on the words of non-expert strangers on a free website.

Well just ask yourself.....if you were selling your house, would you let complete strangers have access to the information on how to get into your house?

Which is very important, and hard to achieve with a person you just met (leads, open houses, Facebook groups) While you may work with 'strangers' from these groups in your career, typically you will work with folks you already have a relationship with.

I'm sure they got dozens of calls from flaky buyers/ lowballers, agents trying to get them to list with them, wholesalers, spammers, scammers, scheduling showings and having strangers come through their $2M property, or cancelling last minute, or no-showing, qualifying buyers, dealing with unfamiliar contracts and inspection negotiations and then starting over again with a new buyer when the first one backed out, not knowing what they need to legally disclose from that first inspection and what they don't etc.
