Security Deposit Learning

Caleb Whitehead
Posted

Are there any landlords in Indianapolis that are wanting to teach young and new starters about their business.

I am 23 years old and work full time Eli Lilly in Indianapolis. However, I have an entrepreneurial spirit and have a business idea surrounding how the current industry leverages security deposits. I am wanting to spend the next 1-2 years managing someone's security deposit flow for free in order to learn about the current state of affairs.

Please respond on this post if you are interested- I would love to buy someone a coffee in the Indy area (or set up a phone call)  in order to discuss further!
