I'd be happy to chat with you folks about lending stuff, but my zone is only 1-4 unit residential.I generally connect pretty damn well with silicon valley tech wizards, and early on at least that is of course going to be a demographic disproportionately over-represented among your clients (former co-workers at other tech startups etc).

We were in Silicon Valley in the '70-90's and the market is not for the faint of heart.There can be issues for agents/brokers that private investors don't have to deal with, so IMO, it's questionable if an RE license has any added value.
