We are developing parcelion.com - a patent-pending technology that enables real estate investors and buyers to search for properties that may be attractive for new development, rebuilding, or remodeling in compliance with local rules and regulations and potentially result in lucrative return–on-investment (ROI).

The end goal is to digitize real-estate compliance and simplify RE investment & development. At this time the coverage is limited to several San Francisco Bay Area cities and we are expanding to major metropolitan areas.

I'd be happy to chat with you folks about lending stuff, but my zone is only 1-4 unit residential.
I generally connect pretty damn well with silicon valley tech wizards, and early on at least that is of course going to be a demographic disproportionately over-represented among your clients (former co-workers at other tech startups etc).
