A sexual offender is a sexual offender.

My only saving grace is that I bought low and had stellar appreciation, which I doubt you or I would could or will reproduce in the next few years given where we are in this part of the cycle. 

The weather is part of it but at least in the SF Bay area there is a whole eco system of finance, education, networks etc that are very hard to reproduce.

Don't give them a place to reproduce and get out of control.

These people usually quote a portion of the US Department of Justice study (linked below) saying "Sex offenders are 4 times more likely to be rearrested for a sexual crime than non-sexual offenders," but they stop there, taking it out of context.

And everyone would send a pink postcard with content "A"So what do people say when obviously they can't reproduce results?

Why homes are not dealt with like cars, or personal property that we own, real estate is not a widget that can be reproduced, created, sold or traded, real estate is the basis of our society, a truck load of shoes or vehicles is not a necessity. 

I though my last post on page 4 was a compliment, well wishing and pointing out Swanny's location served him well.I think it's odd that a newbie on BP ignores one of the senior members, nicknamed "Guru Killer" (LOL) maybe it was unintentional...... hmmm, maybe not.Wonder how many are biting at this system that can be reproduced by anyone, anywhere, anytime, with the right motivation of course........I think I'll unplug my BS Meter before it goes off......I hate calibrating it everyday
