Error - system or user created?

Josh,

You locked the other thread so I could not respond.

Here is an example where I was clicking on your profile and the following error message came up.

The name in the XXXXXX was not your ID. It was someone else's.

I ended up with your profile (which I wanted) and the error message for what seems to be another user's profile.

If you had left the prior thread open I would have checked and provided a follow on question. In one case the user was new with 1 post. Does your reply mean that new users can create an account but not create a new profile on the present system? I can see how old users from the old system would not have current profiles. I just assumed (dumb me?) that new users would all have a minimum profile on the new system.

Still learning to navigate the new system and understand the limitations or assumptions behind the features.
