It turns out that coordinating engineers, marketing and sales to launch a software product is not crazy different from coordinating vendors and subs to "launch" a construction project.I will disagree with everyone who says that hiring subs yourself puts you at a pricing disadvantage vs. prices GCs get.

Seems launch control is the only one that doesn't use 3rd party services.  

YOU can GC absolutely, but if that is what you want to do going forward, use this good GC as an example before you launch--many of us are happy to mentor others--ask and see if you can make this part of your arrangement. 

I am already doing the marketing (placed bandit signs, launching FB ad next week, selected   databases to purchase the list of properties that fall under high equity, vacant and other criteria, to be skip traced and cold called  and etc.). 

We also use Stessa for bookkeeping For our recently launched, out-of-state, short-term rental (STR), we use OwnerRez to manage the property AND our Schlage Encode WiFi locks, Honeywell WiFi thermostat, PriceLabs for dynamic pricing, Touch Stay for our digital guidebook (which has answered nearly 100% of guest questions), Thumbtack for handyman services, and Turno for cleaning services.

We recently launched a white label marketing platform for wholesalers that takes a similar approach and I cannot wait to see what kind of direct mail response we get.

I'm launching 3 flips this month, so I'm hopeful.
