I’m reading the forums here and watching flipman on YouTube.

I just watched a YouTube video that recommended using one. 

I saw a youtube video of a woman in Atlanta doing it at her county recorder and it was as easy as walking up to a desk and paying $14. unfortunately for me my assessor/recorder  is currently closed to the public due to covid. i called them and they said that the only way currently is to send it in by mail and that could take 6-8 weeks to actually be recorded on the property.

I had no idea how to do anything myself and learned that youtube is an incredible source.

You’re the first person to put out an annual price, I never see anyone I’ve watched on YouTube or articles/books talk about an annual price for being with a title company, and I’ve been curious.

They both have a butch of YouTube videos.

The classes are good, but what helped the most was practice tests and Youtube videos on CA exam questions. 

Most "wholesalers" I've ran into are fresh out of youtube university and haven't ever closed a deal..

I was set on transforming this common room into a small efficiency apartment or fifth unit.
