Working with a Title Company

Is it wise if I have a property under contract before I have an established title company? Some people suggest that I have a purchase & sale agreement, and a contract with a cash buyer. Some people suggest going to the title company as soon as I have a purchase & sale agreement. I haven't heard much information about whether or not to already have an established relationship with a title company (I thought it would make sense to have a contract first, so I'm already bringing them business). Thank you for any advice, tips, and information.

Thank you,

Isabella R.

@Isabella Rogers if you are planning to wholesale you should absolutely speak to the title company first to make sure they do contract assignments. You should also get them to look at your contract (or give you theirs) so you have a contract they are happy with.
