Has any one paid for a subscription to Chicago Deal Vault, Myhousedeals or other wholesaler websites?

Just wondering if it is worth it or if any site is better.

@Jonathan Klemm, I think that sounds about right. It looks like they pull data from different sources and offer some skip tracing, market analysis and CRM services. I will do some more research. It might be worth it to have everything on one site instead of jumping around to different websites and spread sheets. I will take a look Clickinvest, it looks like they offer a similar product.

Thank You

Clickinvest is nothing like the other 2. Clickinvest is a brokerage which specializes in investors. They are known for quickly evaluating deals that hit the MLS and then spamming the listing agents with low-ball offers on behalf of their clients. In more normal markets it seemed to be surprisingly effective. Not sure about now. My sense is they have shifted their focus to Florida. It is not cheap to be a client.

There has been lots of talk about My House Deals over the years. They are old news. I don't know anyone who has gotten a deal there. You cannot trust the numbers for any deal. Deal vault is just repackaging public data. I subscribed for a while. Did not think it was worthwhile. I actually thought they had drifted away. Andrew Holmes pitches them alot. He will try to sell you anything and everything.

I have tried and subscribed to all kinds of shortcuts to supposedly find deals...these...Privvy...facebook wholesale groups...facebook and instagram leads. There is not magic way to find deals. Once in a blue moon wholesalers come up with nice deals. You have to just stick with them and wade through the mounds of crap they send you. Over the years I have had my best luck at sheriff sales but those can be tough too.
