Wholesaling, must have softwares

I’m a licensed agent In CA and I’m looking into wholesaling properties. What is everyone using to be on top of their contacts, properties and just leads in general? I know there’s propstream, launch control for texting and a bunch of different websites for skip tracing. Can you recommend any softwares that can do it all?

Also, what are some good recourses to look into for help getting started. I’m reading the forums here and watching flipman on YouTube. Any other recommendations?
