My mom purchase rental property in North Hollywood ( rent controlled area ) but she will leave in one unit.She buy this property cause was the last one affordable and few days left in 1031 exchange.Problem is that she is allergic to pets and in 6 unit apartment complex there are 9 dogs and one parrot bird, only one tenant doesn’t have animal out of 6 units.What are the options.
