Landlord with allergys

My mom purchase rental property in North Hollywood ( rent controlled area ) but she will leave in one unit.

She buy this property cause was the last one affordable and few days left in 1031 exchange.

Problem is that she is allergic to pets and in 6 unit apartment complex there are 9 dogs and one parrot bird, only one tenant doesn’t have animal out of 6 units.

What are the options.

Take allergy pills until she can get rid of the dogs.

Why in the world would she buy a property full of dogs knowing she's allergic to them?

Notify the tenants in writing that you will not renew their leases. As their leases expire, get rid of them, clean the units, and put new tenants in without pets.
