Learning fair market rent
I am interested in starting to invest in real estate, and I am currently doing all the research I can while saving up the seed money. I was curious how everyone figures out fair market rent for their properties. I’m in the Lubbock TX area but I’m interested in everyone’s approach regardless of location.
