How do you address snow removal for your STR?

Hello folks,

For those of us with an STR in Minnesota who woke up to snow this morning (luckily just a trace amount) it got me thinking - What do you do about taking care of the snow for your properties? We have a company that will plow when it is over 2 inches, but what do you do when there is less than that or maybe some ice? Do you get it taken care of or let it ride?

This is our first winter so I'm curious about what you all think.

Thanks!
