Items such as the roof, heating and air conditioning system, plumbing, hot water heater and siding are all items that may need to be repaired and/or replaced depending on the condition. 

Excellent schools, major research university, clean air (outside of wildfire season!)

He is our local real estate, retired Air Force, guru here in Montgomery Alabama.  

It is not as big a deal for those of us who live in sparsely populated states with wind moving air.

Hello Austin, I recently joined the Air Force and am writing this from my tech school (I don’t yet know what area or market I’ll be stationed near). 

But the apartment itself it’s bad, it’s not fancy or big, no air, no laundry, but we’re surprised no one wants it.
