Hello everyone! I am stationed in Norfolk, VA. I currently own a home in the area and I rent out a room to save up more capital to purchase another home. I am drawn to the idea of cashflowing rental properties. I have been looking at properties in the Cleveland, Ohio area and Atlanta, Georgia as well. I would love anyones insights on these areas!
