Finding a good tenant
We have a small 1 bed 1 bath for rent and have had over 3000 ppl view it online and over 100 ppl inquire and only two people submit an application. $550/mo.
We are dumbfounded why we can’t get anyone to commit to rent it. It’s a duplex, and we’re renting out the top unit while remodeling the lower. We have warned most everyone that outside of the house needs painting, and we will do that soon. But the apartment itself it’s bad, it’s not fancy or big, no air, no laundry, but we’re surprised no one wants it. Any advice out there? Please help!
