With long-term tenants I accept based upon an initial agreement that can change based on prior authorization after 6 months.

Most listing agreements are boiler-plate docs based on standardized state contracts, and there may not be much that the real estate agent has the authority to negotiate (many of the requirements will be dictated by their brokerage).

If the tenant wants to complain they can sue the Magistrate.I'm sure the Magistrate is aware and decided they had the authority to start evictions back up.
