In OR, doing it isn't legal for one main reason:Expecting a fee in facilitating a RE sale without an appropriate license.Then the whole assignment to someone that doesn't exist when the seller signs is problematic.Might be better to get brokerage license (I'm sure LA has a REA with requirements) and sell RE legitimately.OOC - I used to be an EE long time ago, but my friend's kids are having a hard time also.

You may have to invest off the beaten path and may have to do a little(or a lot in some cases) rehabbing to achieve this but having a strong team in place really helps to facilitate your goals.

BRRRRing is a great strategy and you can facilitate great returns in lower risk areas of the market here since you're newer to this.
