I am a new investor who hasnt made a deal yet. 

Anyone know what the market is currently like in San Antonio? Is it worth BRRR?

Is it worth Buy And Hold?

Are there a lot of good deals?

Foreclosures?

How bad is Covid 19 affecting this area?
