@Bellman Tumasang #2 (reporting tenants to credit agencies) is not currently available but it is a highly requested feature in the suggest a feature forum and is marked as "under review" so it will probably be added at some point.We also use and like Buildium.

There are ways you are required to make known you are an agent in the purchase offer and things of that nature, but you shouldn't run into any cap on how much you can own from the agency side.

I can't agree with @Will Fraser enough on this one; there's likely nothing wrong with your strategy (yet... you'll need to get started to find that out) but rather how you're tackling the Agency part.

I can tell you fannie/freddie agency apartment loan anything above 1mm is the way to go ( I love their commercial products, as the matrix is very diverse).

The moment you apply for a mortgage, that fact is sold by our trusted credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian) to the entire world, so they can start spamming you with junk (one of our lobbying groups, AIME, is trying to make it illegal unless you explicitly give consent to TU, EF, and EP).

I just got an email from Hilton all reservations can be cancelled with full refund as long as you do it within 24 hours of your stay or you can move them.Just like all the airlines are giving full refunds or full credits.not sure about rental car agencies i dont have a rental car reserved at the moment. its tough mom and pop hospitality cant suck it up like a big corp.. those renting it and expecting to get some customer care can get pretty upset as we know.
