I use Quicken for home business and rental property. I also have 95% of my tenants paying with Cozy. So between the 2 I have a good handle on everything.
22 SFH's, all self maintained and managed.
Quicken allows me to track each property, checking accounts and credit cards, property info like loan terms, available equity, etc., each tenant, lease info, store documents, and watch cash flow or P&L at a glance. The reports are great to email off to the bank and for tax prep
