If you have a halfway decent IDX search you can and will get these phone calls.Even though I made the font larger & bolder for the MLS required disclaimer "MLS Listing Courtesy of Listing Company Name / Listing Agent Name" larger, many consumers do not read it or ignore it.

I've also used the pre-printed "Rent-To-Own" bandit signs that come in a "freehand font", they seem to work just as well.

When I first glanced at your username on the forums, I mistakenly took the "l" (pronounced ell) to be an "I" (pronounced eye); the font that is used can confuse those two letters rather easily.

It's filled with pages and pages of fill in the blanks (answers below the page), big letter fonts, double if not triple space, some more spacing than can be described, some have no answers to be filled, some ridiculous geometry for graphics, no back pages, a glossary in the end of the book, it was just meant to look big or thick.
