Leads for direct mail.
I have been sending out hand addressed letters and having pretty dismal results.
I have mostly 30, and 60 (not as many) day late leads...
What do you recommend I adjust, etc.

You are shooting about par for the course. You could send another letter to the same people again and see if they start calling. But 1-2% is about right. You can get higher percentages by really focusing on the group you want. Plus if you don't know if you are sending to the homeowner or the property address is a problem.
