I sent out three hundred and twenty five post cards last week looking for buyers and got zero calls.
I used click2mail and the post card I used was white and here is what I put on it.

$$$.30 on the dollar!!
Must sell right now!!
phone and email

"Do you know anybody interested in investing in real estate at 70% of market value?"
Private Money needed short term,real estate secured 70% LTV,Call
need to sell fast for cash.?

Which is it? 30% or 70%? Maybe you meant to say "...at 70% below market value?"

I was also very confused by the postcard. Plus the postcard just did not read well to me.

What is the purpose of this card? Seems you are trying to use one card for multiple things.
