Hi Bret,As an agent I can tell you that there is not much you can do as far as physically going to the property.

@Bailey KramerI am good investor but I will like to add a statement that will take you through life and all aspect of it and the statement is " know thyself" both sides of thyself physical and spiritual part.

So physically I will only be there for weekends when I come home from college. 

You'll want to leave a lot of doors open since people won't be there physically to open anything they're curious about.

Many records are online but if they are too old then they have to physically retrieve them from the county and that is not possible right now...Best of luck!
