Finishing touches on Flip

Hey flippers, I'm finishing up just my 2nd flip and just wanted to see if anyone knew any little tips or tricks regarding the sale.  

Anyone have any INEXPENSIVE and simple suggestions as far as making the house look/feel more inviting? I'm completely out of money but I'm going to clean the inside myself and just wanted to know if anyone does anything particular to all their flips.  Subtle Outside or Inside to make it look more appealing to the eye.
