That being said, for you SC Wholesalers out there, asking what would seem an obvious answered question, have you had any issues w/ it being contested, questioned or otherwise by an attorney or title company?  

The above is true, but a LL/T trial should only last 30 minutes or less with one star witness.

Im afraid of what I could become if I DONT take action .I’m tired of selling away chunks of my life making other men rich waiting for crumbs to be tossed to me if they made enough profit that year , now it’s my turn and no one will do it for me so I must build my own life using my own wit and skills the Lord gave me

.- The most recent event displaying the tenants state of mind is they texted the property manger that rent would be available for pick up at the home in 48 hours.When the property manger went to home the male tenant repeatedly loudly screamed to attract witnesses why the property manger was coming to their home and harassing them.
