Anyone heard of MentorTips?

I don't know if this is the correct forum to speak of this but wanted to know if any of you professionals currently trade amongst this program? My cousin told me about this man Reza Mohktarian and how he is a successful public trader and made successful trades for the public (periscope) but now discloses them in his monthly program for only $97 a month. I was very shocked by this news but when I looked into it better I saw some very bad reviews on his previous entity CTM (Capital Trust Entities) and how it was a scam but nothing poor about his recent programs. Was hoping anyone here might know a guy that is currently involved in his monthly program. Seems very cheap. The guy seems humble. And I've witnessed free trades he's given out as slightly profitable but still profitable nonetheless as well as consistent.
