The backyard fence also needs some help, I have a broken wooden fence that I am tearing out and was thinking about installing an iron fence.

Example: the historic preservationists in Davenport Ia want you to REBUILD wooden windows rather than replace them with energy efficient vinyl.

We are looking to sell our apartment in Kelowna, BC. It’s just under 1000sqft. 2bdr, 2bth. Near shopping centres, and across the street from Okanagan College. I’m looking for some advice, as we are on a time crunch.

The guy above me had wooden floors which were of course much louder than had it been carpeted. 

Hey everyone -Looking at buying a second home in the central coast area of California (Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach), thinking of a wine country type property.

I found a bunch of stuff left behind (wine glasses, a pool, against the terms of the lease) as well as a yard waste bin and fire pit full of trash. 

I was out of town when they came, but the tenant would not allow them on that side of the property to fully close off the tent (there is a small wooden fence on one side and then a makeshift mesh fence she put up on the other side, preventing me from accessing that side of my property).
