I am considering putting an offer on a 2 acre empty lot, in a sloped wooden area in Western North Carolina.

Does anyone know of a group or angel investors who would invest up to 5M to fund a luxury 6 room micro resort in central coast wine country in California? 

If you are providing champagne or wine, would we need a license for that to do so? 

Do you have a nice big building like a beautiful wooden barn or pavilion?

I will say that they aren't really yurts, which are a light wooden frame with canvas or the like fabric.

I'm looking at wine region property.  

I'm not going to use Aircover for minor bloodstains, etc. even if I have to replace (or a broken wine glass).

These things going to court you have to Steel Man the argument and if you can do that with a good base for your side being in the right/wining the argument then you may be able to win in court.
