What would you say if the AM called you out of the blue and asked "What are you doing to market the asset?

I always say "If you spend more time on your own personal development, you won't have time to worry about others" besides you might find out they just got piles of dough out of the blue, then you look like a goof :goofy:

Typically the majority of investors gravitate towards lower end blue collar areas where they can get decent returns on renting the property and still have some retail options.

This would help accomplish many things such as creating jobs for the blue collar working there would tremendous amount of money that would go in to renovations and this would require professional carpenters, plumbers, electricians, hvac, landscapers, etc... to get everything up to date I recommended the supervision be outsourced to property managers.
