Looking for a book I think is out of print?

This is not a review but I hope it is alright I posted this here. I love the sight! The depth of knowledge here is awsome. I am hoping someone can help me find a copy of a book I lost in one of my moves. I bought it through a newsletter years ago but I can not find them either.
I do not remember the exact title. I quit using it when money was easy to get now I think it would help me again. It was spiral bound and the front and back covers were blue and white. It showed how to create the presentations at the time you are seeking funding.
If that rings a bell with anyone and you know where I can buy a copy or you are willing to take your copy to kinkos I would be thankful.
