Vent Cleaning Required on Rehabs?
I'm wondering if you guys think vent cleaning is required? I have a house that had mold (not a lot), and was wondering if we should also do vent cleaning to make sure all of it is out. Also, on general rehabs without mold, is it still good to do vent cleaning? I would guess a lot of dust particles from drywall dust and construction materials would affect the air quality for the new homeowners. Please advise. Thanks.
PS: I know it's not required, but is it the right thing to do after construction?

I'd only have them cleaned for the following reasons:
Mold
Pet Odor
Smoke Odor
