@David VanSant- Years ago I lived in Beaverton, Oregon and have now heard of all the transformations in Portland and its surrounding areas.

I'll be posting pictures of the progress I have been making on this property so you all can see the transformation (just be happy I can't share the hoarder house smell that was trapped inside the home!).

Definitely see plenty of places advertised as a part of a transforming district when they really aren't.Living in St Louis City I hear many people comment on the transformation of areas in the last few years but that doesn't mean all neighborhoods have similar trends.  

Although making money is important, I love the aspect of improving distressed neighborhoods and transforming undesirable properties into something beautiful.

I love taking a distress property and transforming it into something beautiful.  

The problems don't go away with money, they're just transformed.

That is, after laryngitis makes me stop feeling like Bumblebee from the recent Transformers movies.
