Hello,

I currently have 3 rental properties that I have been renting out since 2012.  My mantra has always been " I don't rent out properties that I wouldn't want to live in myself". My wife and I both enjoyed living in one of our rentals for 2 years while we searched and rebuilt our current residence - a one year project which I GC'd myself.  I am interested in expanding my skill-sets towards part-time investing and potentially doing some house flipping.  Although making money is important, I love the aspect of improving distressed neighborhoods and transforming undesirable properties into something beautiful.  If money is your only concern and if you wouldn't purchase the end product that you produce at the price you are trying to sell it for, we are probably not a good match to do business together.
