I know some highly educated people that are just poor at communicating with every day folks and I think their RE business will suffer because of this.I really like the Villa Park and Lombard market and think you'll do just fine staying in those areas.Good luck to ya!

I only have experience in a few states (MN, CO, and MO) and MLS are local entities, but I'd assume that in most (if not all) places If you give an agent parameters - price, geographic, etc they should be able to set up a search for you that goes to your inbox every day.

I can't see anything positive results of telling the bank anything, and who in the bank would you blow the whistle to; the clerk who takes your deposits everyday, the manager, would you call headquarters of the bank and find the president, the CEO????
