Hello BiggerPockets!

I was originally introduced to real estate investing 4 years ago in college (2012). My roommate gave me a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad and said I had to read it! The book had quite an impact on the way I saw money, and real estate.

Fast-forward 3 years and I still hadn't made a move on investing. I had it in my mind that I had to be older, and needed money to get started. Stumbling across BiggerPockets changed that faulty paradigm. I signed up for real estate school shortly thereafter. Didn't now exactly how a license would help me at the time, but figured it couldn't hurt!

I now have my license, and search/study everyday for that first purchase! I am aiming for a Multi-Unit House Hack in St. Charles City.

Looking forward to diving deeper into BP! Meeting excellent people, expanding my knowledge, and pushing forward!

Cheers,

Drew Goellner
