When you first jump in, the universe seems very large, but you'll find the world of real players; the guys/gals that continue to show us is tiny.    

In July 2020,I bought a condo in a university town that's rented by students.  

I also just joined Mike Wagner's Storage Rebellion University coaching group and it's pretty helpful!

At 19 I had $25,000 Cash and in 1968 I could have bought a store in downtown Palo Alto and my first home out in the hills by Stanford University and been a millionaire by the time I was 25.

We bought a 2-year vacant cape in the heart of Yale University New Haven we lived in it for exactly 2 years( to avoid cap gains) and struck gold.

IE  R 1 R 2  R 3 seems to be kind of universal.. but then you have local nomiclature..

I'm continually amazed, that if you can dream it - and you TRULY believe when there's a will, there's a way - the universe has a funny way of making **** happen.The reason I share all of the above, I'm curious, what beliefs have YOU instilled to help you find success in this wild world of real estate investing?

Honestly, I think Riverside is kind of clutch for househacking since we have 3 major Universities and a City college.

Not to say the other markets don't have strengths, Flagstaff and Sedona are beautiful, Tucson has the University, etc but in general Phoenix is over 75% of the state's population and has so much to offer.
